Colfax is recognized as a global supplier of pumps and pumping equipment to the Oil & Gas market under the brand names Imo, Warren, Houttuin, Imo AB and Allweiler.

For nearly 90 years we have been in the oil fields of the world. Today, our customer base includes global firms such as ConocoPhillips, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Occidental, Q8, BP, Amarada Hess Union Oil, Total / Elf, Chevron and Texaco. Regional operators, such as PDVSA (Venezuela), Husky Energy (Canada), Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia), PDO (Oman), JO (Kuwait / SA), KOC (Kuwait), CNOC (China), CPC (Taiwan), NAM (NL), Repsol (Spain), OMV (Austria), Statoil (Norway) and Caltex (Asia/Australia) also depend on Colfax products. With such a broad customer base, our pumping products can be found in upstream processing, on pipeline services, in refineries, at transfer terminals, onboard ships and barges throughout the world.

Within the Oil & Gas market, reliability and dependability are of primary concern. Many pipeline applications require our pumps to perform in remote locations 24h per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Our operating experience and manufacturing technology allow us to meet these requirements with a screw pump product family based on robust designs and special internal metallurgy. Unlike reciprocating pumps, our screw pumps do not require a regimented maintenance and overhaul program. To our customers, the result is tens of thousands of dollars saved throughout the lifecycle of the pump.

Fluids that are pumped include light and heavy crude, bunker, bitumen, slop oil, distillate, lubricating oil and oily water.
