The "Mission Critical" applications to which we supply high-performance pumps include: the transfer, treatment, and combustion of liquid fuels, lubrication pumps and systems for hydro turbines and generators, cooling systems, specialty hydraulics and safety seal oil systems.
Products manufactured for this market represent the full spectrum of our production capabilities for 2 and 3-screw, gear, PC and centrifugal pumps and systems.
Additionally, we provide equipment for the "Balance of Plant" and ancillary equipment used in power production, such as the ThermoJet® Oil Purifier and the LubriMist® Oil Mist system from Lubrication Systems Company (LSC), a Colfax Business Unit. The ThermoJet® Oil Purifier is an on-line oil purification system that removes free and dissolved water and light hydrocarbons from lubricants and hydraulic oils, returning the viscosity of lube oil and restoring the flash point of the oil to like-new levels.
The centralized lubrication system, LubriMist® Oil Mist, supplies a lean mixture of low-pressure, atomized lubricating oil to individual pieces of equipment, lengthening the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and extending equipment life.
